Bishop of Lincoln will open fete

PARISHIONERS of St Andrew’s Church, Horbling, are looking forward to their summer garden fete as it will be opened by the new Bishop of Lincoln, the Rt Rev Christopher Lowson and his wife at 2pm on July 14 in the grounds of Horbling Hall.

There will be stalls, games competitions and ‘vicar in the stocks’.

This will be followed by an evening concert given by The Village Consort of the Sleaford Choral Society at 7.30pm. Tickets £6 (Tel: 01529 241052).
