North Kesteven District Council did their bit to help youngsters make themselves more employable recently.

The councillors ran two free sessions in association with the Rotary Club of Sleaford, Job Centre Plus, Barnardo’s and the Work Based Academy where youths could go along and receive advice on a number of aspects including general CV and interview skills, dress codes and careers advice.

They also completed a mock application form and a mock interview situation.
