GARDENING GROUP - At the last meeting of the Leasingham and District Gardening Group, Neil Timms gave a talk on landscaping and the design of gardens, bringing along a variety of ferns to view.

The next meeting of the group will be on Thursday, October 4 at 7.30pm in the village hall, when Sue Stephenson from Puddle Duck Paddock will be the guest speaker. Visitors welcome. For more information call chairman Ian Cox on 01529 413969.

ART GROUP - The Sleaford Area Art Group will meet at Leasingham Village Hall on Wednesday, October 3 at 7pm, Further details from Mary Newman on 01529 415272.

OVER 60s - Leasingham Over 60s Club next meet in the village hall on Wednesday, October 3 from 2pm.

CHURCH SERVICE - There will be no church service at St Andrew’s Church, Leasingham on Sunday but a benefice service for the Ruskington group of parishes, recently re-named the North Lafford Group, will take place insted at St 
Mary’s Church in Evedon at 10am.

CHRISTMAS COURSE - A new 10-week needle felting course for beginners and improvers has just started at Leasingham Village Hall entitled Felting for Christmas. It is a running from 1pm to 3pm. For information and booking call 078552 281832.
