WI’s afternoon tea

WI NEWS - Wellingore WI will be holding their annual garden meeting today (Wednesday) in Rose Cottage, High Street by invitation from Rita Bateman.

The event starts at 5pm and will include an afternoon tea.

Next month’s meeting of the WI will be held on Wednesday, September 19 at 7.30pm in the Memorial Hall Supper Room. Guest speaker for that meeting will be Maragret Rampley, who will be giving a talk entitled ‘Corsets, Camis, Swimsuits and Smiles’.

HARVEST FESTIVAL - All Saint’s Church in Wellingore is holding a Harvest Festival and Supper on Sunday, September 30 at 6pm.
