PARKOUR - the latest extreme sports craze to hit the UK - has started again at the NK Centre, North Hykeham.
The sessions take place every Saturday and have got off to a running start yet again.

Parkour is proving very popular with youngsters and there will be an instructor showing you all the moves, the sessions will teach you all the skills and techniques of parkour.

Parkour involves individuals getting from one point to another in the quickest, most direct route possible. This often includes obstacles that you have to go over, under, around and through, using springs, leaps and other feats of agility.

The sessions are open to anyone aged 9 to 19 years and cost £3.50. Sessions run from 4pm to 6pm.

To find out more about extreme sports in the area log on to www.leisureconnection.co.uk or call Jennifer Taylor, Extreme Sports Coordinator on 01522 870252.
