Artist makes welcome gallery return

PROFESSIONAL artist Baz East will be making a return to the Carre Gallery, Sleaford.

East will be bringing his ‘Aspects of Lincolnshire’ exhibition to the gallery, consisting of his most recent work, including a variety of the county’s Wolds and fens landscapes in watercolour, oil and acrylic.

Baz considers Lincolnshire to be something of a landscape painter’s paradise.

He commented: “It’s so inspirational, everywhere I go, I see a potential picture.”

The exhibition runs until Saturday June 27. Opening times of the gallery in Carre Street are 10.30am to 1pm and 2pm to 4.30pm, admission is free.
