Artist shows off his work at home
LANDSCAPE artist Peter Hayward is holding his annual "at home" exhibition of his paintings on Saturday June 27 and Sunday June 28, at his Car Dyke Studio in Timberland.
Much of the work will feature river views along the Slea and Witham as well as woodlands and the fens, concentrating on light and atmosphere interpreted through colour.
Coinciding with the Scopwick Millennium Art Group's exhibition in Scopwick village hall, art lovers will be treated to a full weekend of exhibitions. With the chance to take in two galleries on the same day an offer of see one get one free is available.
Anyone interested is welcome to attend between 11am to 6pm with no obligation to purchase.
