Cinema halts showings

THE organisers of Sleaford Community Cinema have had to temporarily call a halt to screenings of films at The Playhouse for the immediate future.

Supporters were contacted during the last week by the voluntary group’s marketing officer Asha Kaur by email and Facebook to say that films had been postponed but to look out on Facebook for further details of what, where and when future screenings there may be if they could organise a new venue. The cinema started up nearly two years ago launched by local resident Paul Shaw.
