Get doodling in Big Draw

editorial image

JOIN in with a month of special events at the Whisby Natural World Centre as they celebrate the ‘Big Draw’ scheme this October.

Big Draw aims to encourage and promote creative drawing for all.

Working with artsNK and local artists, the Natural World Centre has created dynamic exhibitions and events to promote arts within North Kesteven.

Throughout the month, the centre will feature the work of Lincolnshire artists. Go along and enjoy, be inspired and have the chance to own some delightful artwork.

You can also see examples of work by local artists, Kate Houghton and Phil Bowman.

There will be a whole host of workshops taking place – from collages and storyboards to creating 3D pieces of art, fancy dress and drawing plants and flowers, pull your creative side out of the bag and get involved.

Kate and Phil will also provide workshops allowing you to develop your own creative skills.

Big Draw takes place at the centre from October 1 to November 2. Various prices and age ranges apply for the workshops. To book your place or to find out more, call 01522 688868 or email whisby@leisureconnection.co.uk
