Healthy walks

ANYONE looking to improve their lifetsyle, health and fitness can join a series of healthy walks in South Kesteven.

Walk 4 Life South Kesteven is made up of numerous walking groups dotted around the district.

These small groups are led by trained volunteer Health Walk Leaders who lead short walks designed to include anybody regardless of ability, in a friendly and sociable environment, in and around local towns and countryside.

If you are looking to improve your lifestyle, your health and your fitness then Walk4Life SK is for you.

The February-March programme booklets will be available very shortly from doctors surgeries, libraries, the Guildhall and Stamford Arts Centres and in SKDC customer services offices throughout the district.
