Heritage skills event is a must see

SMASH-hit heritage event, 1,000 Years Of Traditional Crafts returns to Lincoln Castle and the Museum of Lincolnshire Life on September 29 and 30.

More than 50 heritage skills, including blacksmithing, stone masonry and stained glass will be on show as well as hands-on activities for children. Also the first chance to see inside the new Heritage Skills Centre in the castle grounds, the Taste of Lincolnshire Food Fair is in Castle Square and the castle grounds, as well as cookery demonstrations.
