Join in community theatre at Terry O'Toole venue

ARE you interested in theatre and performance? Then get along and get involved with the Terry O'Toole Theatre's new Community Theatre Company.

Enthusiastic, talented, practical, fun and committed hands-on people aged 11 years upwards are invited to join a new Community Theatre Company in residence at the Terry O'Toole Theatre, North Hykeham, to be launched on Monday January 25 at 7pm.

ACTion@TOTT will offer the chance for local people to get involved in staging productions, develop their theatre and performance skills through taking part in workshops, seeing shows at the theatre and other venues and enjoy social events.

The company ethos will be to present professional theatre for the community by the community, staging one or two high quality productions a year.

The inaugural production will be a community pantomime production of Treasure Island, to be staged in January 2011.

If you can sew, sing, help build scenery, dance, wield a paintbrush, act, shift scenery, create props., design publicity, or have other practical theatre skills and would like a new challenge then go along and get involved.
