Let's go build and fly a kite at the Hub

KEEP busy this summer as you make colourful kites or balloons at the Hub in Sleaford.

The Hub National Centre for Craft and Design will be offering six exciting hands-on workshops for the whole family to enjoy.

In just one workshop you will be able to produce your very own workable kite or balloon. If you attend more than one session you will be able to tackle more challenging designs.

Enjoy kite making workshops from July 29 to 31 and hot air balloon making workshops from August 3 to 5.

Children aged six to 16 years are invited to take part. Sessions are held between 10am and 12noon for six to 11 year olds and 1pm to 3pm for 11 to 16 year olds.

Youngsters aged between six and 12 years must be accompanied by an adult.

Each workshop costs 6 per person and must be booked in advance, as places are limited.
