Ruffs’ next village gig

AFTER appearing on stage at Lincolnshire and Heckington Shows, local folk band The Billinger Ruffs will be getting back to their intimate Village Hall Trawl tour with a date at North Scarle next month.

The trio will appear at North Scarle Village Hall on Friday September 7, with a raffle in aid of the village hall.

Their unique blend of humorous, regional songs and poignant ballads has captured audiences throughout Lincolnshire and beyond and even got them a feature in the Farmers Weekly with their song “Black Grass Blues”. Tickets online at www.abitofruff.com
