Singing group to perform in Wilsford Church
CAYTHORPE Festival Singers will be performing a concert at St Mary's Church, Wilsford on Friday September 10 at 7.30pm.
The 28-strong group have developed from forming for a Caythorpe Christmas tree festival and now give local concerts.
Their programme includes light classical pieces, show tunes, sacred music and variations on well known hymns, some with trumpet accompaniment. Music on 12 hand bells will provide a tuneful interlude.
There will be a retiring collection towards the church plumbing fund to bring water to the church for a toilet and kitchen area.
