There’s method in the musical madness

A FUNDRAISING musical event is again being held for the roof and window appeal for St John’s Church, Spitalgate, Grantham on October 20.

Last year’s Musical Madness concert was a great success and raised £900.

This year they would like to raise even more. Star Academy (based in Sleaford) will be participating as well as Grantham Youth Theatre, members of St John’s Choir, Jevon Law (playing the Koto, the national instrument of Japan) and other well known musicians.

There will also be a raffle and an auction of signed drum skin and sticks by Jeff Rich (world famous drummer with Status Quo 1985-2000). The evening will mainly consist of popular West End hits, solos and chorus with musical interludes.
