The final session in a series of county-wide Community Wellbeing events has been held near Sleaford.
The Wellbeing Open Day was held at Helpringham Memorial Hall when families could enjoy free, fun activities and demonstrations arranged by the Partnership NK “Our Communities” group.
Among the activities were Vitality - a fun subsidised programme of healthy exercise and movement for over 60s set to music. For the younger audience NK Outreach had a range of equipment available to try, such as a skate park and climbing wall.
ArtsNK and the artsNK Dance Team showed people how to get involved in their various arts projects and you could discover health walks with NK Social Stollers. Also present were NK Health Trainers, Sleaford CAB and NK Voluntary Services.
