NOSTALGIA: Billingborough and Horbling Brownies form a conga around the village back in 1992

So, whose idea was it to form a giant conga and dance around the streets of Billingborough?

Back in 1992, The Standard covered the event with photos of the youngsters from Billingborough and Horbling Brownies parading around the village near the George and Dragon pub and the old fire station.

What we do not know is why they were doing it. There certainly seemed to be a lot of girls involved - were you one of them? How many girls were in the conga, where did it go and did it break any records?
