Cars torched in Mablethorpe this morning

Wednesday 10.20am - TWO cars parked outside homes in Mablethorpe were set on fire this morning after attempts to break in failed.
Police are appealing for witnesses to the two incidents in which occurred in the early hours if this morning, Wednesday.

A red Vauxhall Cavalier parked in Marian Avenue was damaged at around 12.30am and set on fire, completely destroying it.

Then at around 1am, attempts were made to enter a Ford Escort in George Street which was also then deliberately ignited and destroyed.

Police are appealing for sightings of any suspicious activity or individuals in either area at the time.
