Fire at recycling plant is finally out

Thursday, 4pm - A FIRE at Mid UK Recycling, in Caythorpe, was finally extinguished at around 5am this morning.
Firefighters were called to the plant at around 5.45pm on Tuesday, after its domestic waste shed caught fire.

Although the fire was quickly brought under control on Tuesday evening, the remaining smouldering embers were extinguished today.
