Tuesday, 4.45pm. VISITORS received a friendly 'ello, 'ello, 'ello when they called in to chat to police at a special drop-in day.
The event was orgaanised by Sleaford Neighbourhood Policing Team and involved other local agencies, such as North Kesteven District Council's anti-social behaviour team and environmental health department, Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue, Sleaford Town Council, Trading Standards and Sleaford Business Improvement District.

The drop-in day was held at The Source in Southgate.

Police Community Support Officer Laura Rowley said:

"We know that the way to resolve the majority of the public's concerns and problems is to work alongside other agencies, as most issues have a knock on effect on a number of areas.

"By having several agencies represented together at the same time, we make ourselves accessible to the public in one single point of contact, as well as reinforcing the concept of working together."

Throughout the day, a number of people popped in to raise issues of concern, ask questions and enquire about general information on local services.
