THE premises of former Sleaford printing firm Wayzgoose are to be sold at auction next month.
Acting on behalf of administrators BDO Stoy Hayward, Savills will be putting the closed print works on East Road under the hammer at their next property auction in December.

The guide price for the sizeable industrial premises is £500,000. The Wayzgoose site offers 2,110 sq m (22,805 sq ft) of gross internal floor space, with development potential on the site extending to approximately 0.93 hectares (2.29 acres).

James Jeffrey, of Savills Nottingham, said: "As the credit crunch continues to bite, interest in property auctions has increased for both vendors and purchasers.

"We are seeing more and more commercial property exploring this route to a sale and commercial investors are realising the potential that the auction room can offer in today's economic climate."
