Are you looking for work, a change of career, thinking about volunteering or the next step to take you into education, training or an apprenticeship?

North Kesteven District Council and Jobcentreplus are holding a Jobs and Career Fair on Thursday, at North Kesteven Council Chamber, between 10am and 2pm.

The event will offer support for individuals who are looking for work, and provide advice on how to apply for those jobs and the criteria for positions.

You are invited to go along and talk to MID UK Recycling, Co-op, ISS, Autism Care, representatives from the Armed Forces, Waldeck Engineering, PGL, North Kesteven District Council, Staples, Brook Street and Ambitions Personnel, together with many other organisations.

If you cannot attend but want to know more, call 01529 221019.

District council leader, Coun Marion Brighton, said: “We strive to do all we can to help people in the district get into work.

“We hope that the event will guide them along the right path, whether this is towards further education or training, or directly into employment.”
