Celebrate Valentine’s Day in Sleaford

BIG-hearted businesses in Sleaford are encouraging people to celebrate St Valentine’s Day by making the most of everything the town offers.

Traders have rushed to snap-up vinyl “Love Sleaford – Spend Locally” hearts, which have been produced by Sleaford Business Improvement District and which they will be displaying in their windows running up to February 14.

Businesses have the choice of using the hearts to show their support for Sleaford or to highlight a special food, drink or discount offer which they are running for St Valentine’s Day.

BID Manager Emma Batty said: “Businesses are really enthusiastic about this great opportunity to highlight their special deals and also to remind people that Sleaford can supply most of what they need.

“Shopping locally, can be surprisingly satisfying and, of course, also makes sound sense, particularly in the current economic climate.”

There are still hearts available. Any business which hasn not yet received theirs, should email: enquiries@sleafordbid.co.uk or call 01529 413652.
