Ray Butler Ltd, local electrical contractors since 1959, have relocated from West Banks to a much larger facility on Lions Way, off East Road. Sleaford and North Hykeham MP Stephen Phillips cut the ribbon, watched by Deputy Mayor Garry Titmus and chairman of North Kesteven District Council Lance Pennell.

The company has expanded its team of electricians and a new showroom revealed a range of electrical goods linked to their expansion into Solar PV and home automation of appliances. There is also a training room and a meeting room for hire. Company secretary Kate Cook said: “The move out of the town centre will also enable us to improve transport times.”

The company has just been awarded Investors In People Accreditation.
