Miller Homes Midlands has started the festive period a little early this year by launching the ‘Give a Tree a Home For Christmas’ appeal.

To find new owners for a host of homeless Christmas trees, the housebuilder has announced plans to match them with buyers making the move in time for the big day.

Anyone reserving a property at one of Miller Homes’ developments between now and October 10 will be rewarded with a brand new Christmas tree and a box of decorations.

Paul Walters, associate director at Miller Homes Midlands, commented: “When people move at that time of year, you often find that Christmas decorations are packed away amongst a host of other items and are difficult to find.

“October 10 is really the latest reservation date to help secure a festive move. The national average to go from reservation to completion is 19 weeks. However, with the help of our expert panel of solicitors and independent financial advisors, we can help achieve the ‘be in for Christmas’ objective in just under 10 weeks.”
