Aggressive salesman warning

POLICE are concerned that a recliner seats and chairs salesman is using aggressive selling techniques in the area and became very rude when asked to leave by one customer.

Householders are advised to take precautions when dealing with companies that carry out home visits and maybe arrange for a relative or neighbour to be present.

Should you be unhappy with the way a company has treated you, contact Trading Standards on 01522 782341. If you ask a sales representative to leave and they refuse – this is an offence and you should ring Lincolnshire Police on 101.

A box containing paint rollers, an electric drill and other painting equipment has been stolen from a driveway on Millfield Terrace, Sleaford, between 10.30am-1.50pm Monday October 1.
