Caravans raided for food

Over the last week three static caravans on Witham Bank, Chapel Hill have been broken into to steal items of food.

An Ifor Williams Trailer has been stolen from the driveway of a house on Church Road, Martin Dales, sometime between 11am and 3.30pm on Friday October 19.

The thieves are believed to have left heading towards Woodhall Spa at speed.

Another burglary took place in the Martin village area when a workshop/hanger was broken into and a planing machine and circular saw were taken.

It is not known exactly when this happened as yet, but a vehicle must have been used to transport the items.
