Two cast iron benches with ‘high sentimental value’ have been stolen from a property in Digby.

Lincolnshire Police received a report of the theft on Beck Street, Digby, which occurred between Tuesday and Wednesday.

PCSO Nicole Page of Sleaford Rural North Neighbourhood Policing Team said: “Two large green ornate cast iron benches bearing the maker’s name, Coalbrookdale, that have a high sentimental value to the owner have been taken from the rear of a property.

“If anyone saw any suspicious persons or vehicles in the Beck Street area between these times or has any information on this please call 101 quoting incident number 293 of 13/4/16.”
