Claims car has been deliberately scratched in Billingborough street
Police are investigating an incident where a vehicle is alleged to have been deliberately scratched on two occasions while parked on a Billingborough street.
The damage was noticed on May 3 and May 7 while the vehicle was parked on Chapel Street say local police.
