More cars damaged in Sleaford

Sleaford Police have received further reports of criminal damage done to cars in the town.

According to PCSO Neil Atkinson, overnight, between 10pm Friday and noon on Saturday, several cars parked on The Drove, near to North Road and others on the Stokes Drive estate off Lincoln Road were damaged.

If your car was also damaged over the same period in a similar area and you have not already reported, please also let police know by ringing 101

He said: “If you saw anything suspicious at and between these areas between these times, or have any information, please ring Lincolnshire Police on 101 and quote incident 202 10/10/2015.

○ Police had said two incidents earlier in the week were not necessarily connected. Overnight on October 5-6, a white Renault Megane on Dawson Road suffered a slashed tyre (incident 145 of October 6).

Two days later, a red Audi on St Deny’s Avenue was damaged after a corrosive liquid, possibly paint stripper, was poured over it (incident 83 of October 8).
