Sleaford Police are warning irresponsible drivers to stop doing ‘doughnuts’ on patches of land at Silk Willoughby.

Yesterday it was reported that police had been called after cars were doing ‘doughnut’ skids in the car park of Birdies golf course on London Road.

Then last night the same anti-social behaviour was said to have been happening on near barns and a sugar beet pad on Gorse Lane, Silk Willoughby.

A Sleaford police spokesman said: “These are private property please stay away from here.”

If caught, drivers can be officially warned or even have their vehicles seized. He said: “Doughnuts in the car park will attract police attention. We like sugar doughnuts not vehicle ones.”
