Puppies worth thousands of pounds stolen

Police are appealing for information after 15 puppies were stolen from a kennels at Brant Broughton.

This incident took place sometime between 10pm last night (Thursday) and 4am this morning where the puppies were taken from animal housing units adjacent to the main kennels property.

Four Poodle puppies, two Mal-shi puppies, two Cockapoo puppies, one Bichon Frise puppy, one Chihuauha bitch and four puppies and one chocolate Pomeranian bitch were stolen. The total value of the dogs is estimated at around £9,000.

Police are appealing for anyone who saw any suspicious activity in the area, or anyone with any information on the possible future sale of these puppies, is asked to call them as soon as possible by calling 101, quoting incident number 54 of December 28.
