Theft from town war memorial

The Town Council has said it is 'disappointed' to discover that a part of the chain around Sleaford's war memorial in the Market Place has been removed.

A council spokesman said they are trying to source a replacement.

The cemetery toilets have been vandalised for the second time in as many weeks. To reduce the opportunity for further issues, they will now be closed at 4pm each day.
