Several vehicles and garages were damaged on Rye Close, Oat Drive, Stephens Way, Barley Close and Wheat Grove in Sleaford overnight Friday/Saturday.

Those thought to be responsible were apparently seen by local residents at about 5.40am on Saturday morning and after causing the damage they ran across the Recreation Ground towards Boston Road.

Paint was used to spray offensive words onto residents’ vehicles and property. They also kicked some vehicles and ransacked garages. A black North Face jacket with a fleece lining was stolen from one garage.

One of the males involved is described as late teens to early 20’s, wearing pale blue tracksuit bottoms with a white stripe down the side and a black top.

The second male is described as late teens to early 20’s wearing dark coloured trousers, a blue hoody and wearing the stolen North Face Jacket over the hoody.
