A Sleaford mum has fulfilled her pledge to have her long locks hacked short for a children’s cancer charity.

Last week, Deepika Bajaj, who works as a digital marketing manager at Turnbull’s builders merchants, had 12 inches of her hair - two more than she originally promised - to donate to the Little Princess Trust which provides real-hair wigs, free of charge, to children who have lost their own hair through cancer treatment and other
illnesses.
