Pre-school’s Christmas crafts

A festive crafty event for all ages has helped to raise hundreds of pounds for a Sleaford area village pre-school.

Heckington pre-school held their Christmas craft event on Sunday November 25, raising money for their own funds, at the village hall.

There were plenty of children’s crafts events running during the afternoon event including making Christmas baskets, and there were plenty of stalls for the parents to browse as well, including cakes and preserves.

The children were also treated to a visit from Santa.

Overall the event has raised £350 for the pre-school’s funds, which will go towards purchasing more resources for the children.
