On Friday September 26, Ruskington Chestnut Street Church of England Primary Academy held a Maths for Macmillan morning to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Care.

Parents were treated to a maths lesson with their children after which there were delicious homemade cakes and coffee and a raffle all aimed to raise funds.

It was hailed as a great success with lots of parents and grandparents attending. The school raised more than £100 and children enjoyed ‘teaching’ their parents how to do the maths problems.
