The Conservation Volunteer Programme 2013-14 continues at Mareham Pastures Local Nature Reserve, off Mareham Lane, Sleaford, on the second Sunday of every month.

From 10am to 3pm from October 2013 to February 2014 there will be conservation activities going on for volunteers to join in. Volunteers are needed on January 12 to help with traditional hedge laying. Wear suitable outdoor clothing, stout footwear and bring a packed lunch. Volunteers are led by Matthew Davey, Lincolnshire County Council. Full training, first aid, insurance and refreshments are provided. For details: 01522 552349.
