Families feeling like getting out and enjoying some fresh air in Sleaford joined in the latest Healthy Walk for Families.

Suitable for pushchairs and toddlers, the walk started off last Wednesday morning at the entrance to Sleaford Cricket Club, organised by the county council.

The walk took about an hour, finishing at Sleaford Library, where Bookstart Bear was waiting to welcome the walkers.

There were stories, rhymes and refreshments.

The event was in partnership with Sleaford Surestart Children’s Centre.
