Personal trainer guides his brother to shed nine stones

A SUPER slimmer is pleased to finally be able to wear designer clothes after shedding nearly ten stones.

Ollie Morley, of Ruskington, managed to lose the weight after enlisting the help of a personal trainer at Harpers Gym in Sleaford, who just happened to be his brother Luke.

At his heaviest last year, Ollie weighed 23 stones. He found that his health was seriously beginning to suffer and he was struggling with increasing breathlessness and eyesight problems.

It was at this point that he first teamed up with Luke, who immediately put him onto a specialised diet with low carbohydrates and high in protein, and the weight soon began to fall off.

Having reached 19 stone 8 lbs in July, Ollie was able to then begin an exercise plan put together by Luke to complement his new diet. Ollie and Luke worked through tailored sessions at Harpers, combining twice-weekly boxing sessions and cardio and some weight training, and Ollie’s weight loss really accelerated.

Ollie has now completed all of his personal training sessions and has now dropped down to 14 stone 7 lbs, losing nine stone 7 lbs overall.

He said he was thrilled to be able to buy designer clothes and fit into size medium shirts for the first time.

Ollie explained that having guidance from his brother has really helped his progress.

He said: “Luke gave me the extra support that I needed to get the results I desperately wanted.

“I really recommend having someone there, not only to take you to fitness levels you have never known but to ensure that you’re using the right techniques and maximising your workout.

“I was so grateful for both Luke’s help and the quality of the facilities at Harper’s at Sleaford Fitness Club.”

Luke said that he was very proud of what his brother has acheived: “He has done really well, he’s no longer out of breath all the time and his health has improved, plus he is now enjoying life a lot more.”
