Hundreds donated to Rotary

A Sleaford school has presented its local branch of Rotary International with £500 following a pair of fundraising efforts.

The sum from Carre’s Grammar School was raised through its’ participation in the Rotary Club of Sleaford’s annual swimathon and also its own yearly sponsored walk.

Callum Hutton, head boy for sport, is pictured presenting the cheque to Stephen Bath and Norry Bell from the club.

Youngsters at the school are also helping the club with its clothing collection for children affected by the Philippines Typhoon in 2014 by donating old sportswear, clothing and footwear.
