Keeping ‘dirty’ toilets open is waste of money

EDITOR - The toilets in Money’s Yard are often found to be dirty, filled with litter and without soap or toilet tissue. They are freezing cold, unappealing and frightful.

The alternative facilities available at the Hub across the road from them are clean and accommodating. I do not see the point in money being spent to keep the Money’s Yard toilet block open.
