My grateful thanks to the young man who came to my aid after I had a fall in town the other day and who also kindly took the refreshments for the Activity Club for the Blind in Northgate Methodist Church Hall.

I would also like to thank the nurse who was passing by, the paramedic, and the nurses at the Sleaford Medical Centre.

Such a lot of kindness shown to me when needed. Thank you all.
