Can you give Tilly a home?

A shy cat is in need of a loving new owner or family and her foster carers are appealing to the public to help give her a ‘forever home’.

The Hollies Animal Rehoming Trust (HART), based in Ruskington, still have lots of four-legged friends in their care at Ruskington kennels, one of these is four-year-old Tilly, a tortoiseshell cat.

She is very shy but HART’s volunteers say that she is used to other dogs and cats and in time, with the right amount of love and attention, would become a loving lap cat.

Anyone looking to adopt any of HART’s animals will undertake a home check to ensure they are suitable and a re-homing donation is required to cover costs of micro-chipping and vaccinating new animals coming into their care.

To keep their funds at a healthy level so they can continue helping animals needing new homes in the area, HART are holding a table top sale on Saturday, November 24 from 9am to 1pm at Hale Magna Village Hall at Great Hale. Refreshments will also be available.

Tables are £5 each and can be booked by calling 01529 306738.

If you can offer Tilly a home or would like to know about any of the other animals in HART’s care, call 01526 890098 or visit their website at www.holliesanimals.org for more information
