Electric bike and lawn mower stolen in burglaries in Ruskington and Howell

An electric bicycle has been stolen from a home in Ruskington.

Lincolnshire Police say the electric lzip CB26 cycle is believed to have been taken from a property in Northfield Road, Ruskington between 5.36pm and 8.21pm on Wednesday, May 4.

If you saw anything or have any information call Lincolnshire Police on 101 quoting incident number 420 of 04/05/2016.

○ An outbuilding was reported to have been broken into at a property on Heckington Road, Howell overnight on April 30/May 1 and a rotary lawn mover was taken.

PCSO Nicola Page of Sleaford Rural North Neighbourhood Policing Team says: “There has been an increase in burglaries from farms, sheds and outbuildings in the Howell and Little Hale Fen area. Please be vigilant at all times and if you see any suspicious persons or vehicles please call 101 to report them.

With an upsurge in burglaries of outbuildings and sheds on allotments, farms and other isolated locations. People are reminded to secure their belongings and mark all valuable property and take photos for identification purposes.
