Two Sleaford cyclists are well on their way to hitting their fundraising target thanks to a successful pampering session.
Tom Dean and Andrew Stevens are planning to go on a charity bike ride from Sleaford to Paris next year, hoping to raise £3,000 for Breast Cancer Care and Variety children’s charity.
To get them well on the way to reaching their total, Tom and Andrew organised a pamper day at Leasingham village hall with beauticians offering massages, Reiki, hopi candles, crystal healing, manicures, pedicures, eyebrow threading and other treatments.
There were also plenty of stalls to browse including arts and crafts, gifts, and Sleaford Brewery were selling their products too. Overall the event raised £800 to be divided between the two charities and Andrew said that they were really pleased with the result.
