It is part of a national initiative to put volunteer outreach advisers in the community and on military bases where they can help individuals directly.

The aim is to provide relevant information on the many types of assistance available to eligible people through the RBL.

Those eligible for support services from the RBL can be summarised as: people who are serving or who have served in the Armed Forces, their dependants, and their carers.

In the Sleaford area, sessions are taking place at The Solo Bar and Restaurant in Market Street, on the first Tuesday of each month, and at Royal Air Force College Cranwell HIVE, on the first Wednesday of each month.

Both run from 10am to 12.30pm.

Anyone who is eligible for RBL support services and requires assistance is encouraged to visit a session or call the help line number, 0808 802 8080.
