Remembrance parade road closure to cut down on traffic noise disturbance

Sleaford Market Place will be closed to traffic during the Remembrance Sunday service on November 11.

There had been comments made about passing traffic noise making it hard for those attending to hear the readings in the past. The parade of Armed Forces, veterans, voluntary and youth organisations will lead into the Market Place where the road closure will be from about 10.30am until about 11.30am. Traffic will still be able to flow from Southgate into Northgate and from Eastgate into Carre Street.
