Sleaford woman faces jail for £4,000 fraud

Tuesday 2.45pm - A SLEAFORD woman faces a possible jail sentence after she admitted dishonestly withdrawing over £4,000.

Georgina Johnson, 21, pleaded guilty to four charges of fraud when she appeared at Lincoln Crown Court today (Tuesday).

The offences relate to withdrawls of 3,300 and 300, and two transactions of 250 made from the Lloyds TSB bank between February and June last year.

Judge Michael Heath granted Johnson bail for the preparation of a probation report but warned her custody could not be ruled out.

Johnson, of Robertson Drive, Sleaford, will be sentenced at Lincoln Crown Court on August 20.
